I was frustrated to find that the pool area had limited hours, which completely disrupted our plans as a family. The lack of complimentary breakfast items was quite disappointing, especially when we had expected a varied selection. To top it off, the staff seemed overwhelmed and slow in responding to our concerns about the amenities.

The room was pretty clean, but it was noisy since it faced the highway and a mall drive-thru. The whirlpool tub in our suite didn't work right, which was a bummer since we were looking forward to that. The bed was comfy, but I was let down by the lack of breakfast when I woke up. Overall, not what I expected based on their website.

We had a wonderful time poolside! The kids enjoyed splashing around, and the atmosphere was perfect for family bonding. Also, the nearby Cedar Creek Golf Course is a fantastic place for a round, just a short drive from our hotel.
My kids wished the breakfast selection offered more variety.
